Jan-Hendrik Pelz

DESCRIPTION

A graduate of the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart, Pelz works in painting, conceptual art, and video. His work often investigates cultural constructs and the history of images. In the 'Ten Lives' project at Villa Stuck, he collaborated with Delschad Numan Khorschid to present a series of portraits and biographies documenting the experiences of people who have fled their homes.
