Born in Bolzano and based in Munich and Berlin, Messner's work explores the boundaries between nature and artificiality, as well as the impact of digital experiences on perception. His exhibition 'Field' (Feld) at Museum Villa Stuck features spatial installations that respond to the architecture of the museum's studio building.
