Lev Khesin

DESCRIPTION

Lev Khesin is known for his innovative technique using pigmented silicone as his primary medium. Born in Penza, Russia, and now based in Berlin, he applies dozens of layers of dyed translucent silicone to create sculpture-like paintings that play with light, depth, and materiality. His process is often compared to meditative rituals, resulting in works that change appearance based on the viewer's angle.
