Miron Schmückle creates a hybrid botanical world of forms that oscillates between hyperrealism and imagination. Drawing from art history and his interest in Joris Hoefnagel's miniatures, he composes imaginary plant life using Indian ink to explore the dialogue between nature and artificiality.
