DESCRIPTION
Wilhelm Mundt is best known for his 'Trashstones' series, which consists of biomorphic sculptures made from studio waste and industrial debris. Each stone is encased in colored polyester, glass-fiber reinforced plastic, or metal, creating a smooth, reflective surface that conceals its internal contents.
