Banz & Bowinkel is an artist duo consisting of Friedemann Banz (born 1980) and Giulia Bowinkel (born 1983). Based in Berlin, they both graduated from the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf under Albert Oehlen in 2007. Their practice focuses on the relationship between digital and physical realities, utilizing computer-generated imagery, augmented reality, and virtual installations.
