Ralf Brueck is an exponent of the Düsseldorf School of Photography. He studied at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf under Bernd and Hilla Becher and later as a master student of Thomas Ruff. His work involves large-format photography subjected to radical digital manipulation to explore the boundaries of the medium.
