Alice Channer is a sculptor who uses industrial and organic processes to investigate the relationship between human bodies and objects. She works with highly contrasting materials, from cast aluminum and stainless steel to silk and pleated fabrics, to create hybrid forms that reference transformation and contemporary reality.
