Jin Han Lee is a London-based artist born in Seoul. Her oil paintings explore the limits of language and the sensory experience of miscommunication and translation. Using a psychedelic color palette and fluid, expressive movement, she translates quotidian details into fragmented, multi-layered visual narratives. She holds a PhD from the Slade School of Fine Art and was a finalist for the Saatchi Gallery and Channel 4 'New Sensations' prize in 2012.
