Anida Yoeu Ali is an interdisciplinary artist born in Cambodia and raised in Chicago. Her work investigates the spiritual and political collisions of a hybrid transnational identity. She is known for her series 'The Buddhist Bug' and 'The Red Chador,' and holds an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
