DESCRIPTION
EJ Son is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice uses provocation and humour to interrogate power structures in gender, sexuality, and race. Their work disrupts ingrained binaries and creates space for new subjectivities and emotional registers. Son was a finalist in the 2025 Ramsay Art Prize and is a 2024 Clothing Store artist-in-residence at Carriageworks.
