DESCRIPTION
Victoria Hunt is a queer Indigenous-Maori dancer, director, and educator based in Sydney. Her ancestral affiliations include Te Arawa, Ngāti Kahungunu, and Rongowhakaata. Her work focuses on the power of Indigenous creativity, revitalizing mana wahine (feminine knowledges) and honoring whakapapa (genealogy) through intimate collaborations. She is a 2024 Clothing Store artist-in-residence at Carriageworks.
