Reko Rennie is a Kamilaroi artist whose work explores Aboriginal identity through the lens of urban street art and graffiti subcultures. He combines traditional Kamilaroi iconography—such as diamond-shaped designs—with contemporary media like neon and spray paint to subvert romanticized ideologies of Indigeneity and question colonial structures of power and sovereignty.
