Adolfo Torres Frías, also known as Chawak, is a Santiago-born artist, cultural manager, and gastronomist based in Caldera. His work often explores the intersection between visual arts and food, a concept he describes as the 'displacement of engraving through the culinary route.' He is a member of the collective 'La Olla Común' and has organized numerous cultural projects and exhibitions, including 'Los Castigos' (2024) and 'Crónicas del Coronavirus' (2020).
