Francine Haskins is a mixed-media fiber artist and master doll maker born in Washington, D.C. A graduate of the Corcoran School of Art, she is a founding member of the 1800 Belmont Arts collective. Her soft sculpture dolls and quilts are featured in major institutions, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
