Philippe Hyojung Kim is a Seattle-based artist and curator born in Korea and raised in China. He holds an MFA from Central Washington University and is an associate professor at Cornish College of the Arts. His work explores the space between painting and sculpture, often utilizing plastic and poured paint to address themes of queer identity and artificiality.
