DESCRIPTION
Born in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, Jeremy Shockley is a Los Angeles-based painter who treats his work as a form of storytelling. Heavily influenced by the literary techniques of magical realism, he uses trompe-l’œil to render surreal and impossible elements in a matter-of-fact style within his oil compositions.
