Park Jae Young was born in 1973 in South Korea and is currently based in Seoul. He received his BFA and MFA in Western Painting from Chung-Ang University. He is known for his 'Woolscape' paintings, which use woven motifs as an allegory for the structure of modern society and collective humanity. His work has been exhibited at the London Art Biennale and the Aesthetica Art Prize.
