Eva Hertzsch was born in 1965 in Esslingen. Since 1997, she has collaborated with Adam Page on projects involving participation and urban space. Since 2014, they have been active in the nGbK work groups 'Art in the Underground' and 'station urbaner kulturen', focusing on the Hellersdorf district of Berlin.
