Lara Viana

DESCRIPTION

Lara Viana is a Brazilian painter whose work is characterized by gestural brushwork and a muted color palette. Often working from found images, she explores memory and the act of looking, creating atmospheric paintings that suggest half-remembered experiences and art-historical tropes.
