Steph.Cop is a veteran of the first wave of French graffiti who later transitioned into creating monumental sculptures from fallen century-old trees. He is famous for his 'Aro' character, an obsessive reflex analysis that he carves with a chainsaw to produce deeply sensitive, organic forms. His work represents a 'convict labor in paradise,' blending the noise of the machine with the silence of the forest.
