Installation / Architectural Abstraction
Lek is a pioneer of urban exploration (Urbex) in France, known for his work in abandoned industrial wastelands and his Bauhaus-influenced graffiti style. Together with his partner Sowat, he created the 'Mausolée' project and was the first urban artist to have work enter the permanent collection of the Centre Pompidou. His practice bridges the gap between traditional 'bombing' and conceptual architectural intervention.
