Yann Le Berre, known as L'Outsider, was trained in cabinet making at the École Boulle, which informs the meticulous nature of his typographic abstraction. His work evolved from the spontaneous energy of graffiti into a refined aesthetic focused on kinetics, light, and the physical movement of the hand. He often works in monochromatic palettes to explore the limits of legibility and formal geometry.
