Houyame Rahmani combines her background in civil engineering and neuroscience to create complex string art installations using nails and tensioned threads. Her geometric compositions explore themes of perception, human cognition, and neural pathways, often creating kinetic effects that change with the viewer's movement. She was awarded the international Sheikh Nasser Bin Hamad award for youth creativity in 2018.
