Nicole Burko

DESCRIPTION

Nicole Burko is a painter whose practice is deeply informed by her experiences as a freediver in underwater caves. Her psychological landscape paintings translate the physical and mental intensity of deep-sea exploration into emotive, semi-abstract compositions that investigate the vastness of the natural world.
