DESCRIPTION

Rayo was a pioneer of Op Art in Latin America, famous for his geometric abstractions that use shading and lines to create optical illusions of three-dimensional depth. He founded the Museo Rayo in his hometown of Roldanillo to promote graphic arts and his unique style of 'intaglio' printing.
