Ester Partegàs investigates the overlooked, 'infra-ordinary' objects of global capitalism, such as plastic bags and food packaging, through sculpture and room-scale installations. Her practice uses defamiliarization and shifts in scale to shed light on the hidden ideological substrates of urban life.
