DESCRIPTION
Born in Kinshasa, DR Congo, Fransix Tenda Lomba lives and works between Kinshasa and Amsterdam. A graduate of the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam, he explores post-colonial history through archival documents, palm-line imagery and cocoa-chain economics — tracing global connections between producers and consumers of raw materials. His animated works have screened internationally at DOK Leipzig, FIPADOC Biarritz and Bozar Brussels.
